[macnv] Chiusura improvvisa di Mail

Ciao a tutti,
verificando ancora ieri dopo altre prove,mi capita quando sono in "Mail"nella
scheda per impostare le firme del mio account di posta che:
1. scorrendo con VO + spaziatrice o con tab tra l'editatore della firma e i
pulsanti "aggiungi nuova" e "rimuovi", il mailer si chiude improvvisamente e mi
propone di mandare una segnalazione o di riaprire Mail etc;
2. Dopo che sono riuscito con diversi tentativi a creare una firma non riesco
ad impostarla nei nuovi msg, perchè il pulsante relativo nella scheda "Firme" è
oscurato.
Cosa mi consigliate?
