Nope that's not what I did at all. I just put the CD into the Mac, hoping it would play it, it asked me if I wanted to import it into I tunes, I went to the yes box, clicked it, and there you go. I don't see it anymore on the desktop, so I guess when I took it out of the Mac, it disappeared from the desktop. thanks for all your help.
