Isn't shortcuts available when connecting a keyboard? I never heard
that you have to enable any shortcuts.
Each to there own, but if I think how much the pro cost, and that it
cannot do so much more than other ipads, and considering that there
are stil things you can do with a mac wich you cannot with ios, a
macbook air seems quite werth it to me.

and a lot of the powerful Windows Notebooks are around the cost of an iPad

I’m somewhat disappointed with the MacBook Air in that it doesn’t offer a
touch screen as do many Windows Desktop machines for the same price and even
an iPad Pro, I use both Touch Screen and Keyboard depending on the situation
at hand.
Now speaking of the iPad Pro, does anyone know how to enable keyboard
shortcut controls for Apps such as Mail etc? I have this facility available
on my iPad mini and Air but not on the Pro.

I would say that for most people the smaller iPad Air would be an

With Voiceover no, not a lot but there are some tasks I've noticed that
are
dealt with in what seems a bolt of lightning with the iPad Pro as
compared
to the other 2 models of iPad I mentioned and they're mainly to do with
searching or looking up databases, iPad Pro seems to have a fondness for
performing such operations <smile>.
I mentioned audio on the iPad Pro but I didn't mention the supposedly
studio
quality microphones that come as part of the iPad Pro package? I have to
admit they sound - to me at any rate - absolutely brilliant.
I've not tried any of my external microphones with the iPad Pro yet and
even
if I do I don't think I'm going to be in for any big surprises.
The next question I have is about what Apple may plan to do in the
future,
whether the Macbook Air may be faized out in favour of the Macbook Air?
There are some mighty good reasons to go down that path and I have to
admit
to preferring the iPad Pro over the Macbook Air - I have both machines -
so
will be interesting to see what happens down the line.
