So now that you reset your vo settings? can you now access the show hide 
clickable items that you were having trouble accessing? or are they still not 
accessible to your voice over? If that's the case it looks like it's time for 
either permissions repair or a reinstall of the os, but I really hope that's 
not the case as both are annoying.
