[mac4theblind] Notification Center sound?

Hi,

I've forgotten where I was able to set the sound I wanted for notification 
center sound alerts.  I set Basso when I upgraded to ML, but have since 
forgotten where this was.

Note, this is different from the sound selected under the Sounds pane in System 
Preferences.
