[mac4theblind] Alternative mail client for Mac OS?

Hi,
is there any alternative mail client for Mac OS X out there that is also
accessible with voice over?
The apple mailer on Mac OS X is in many case not the software, that I'd
like to use:
- it is slow and handling many mails is not really efficient
- quoting messages in a way, that is good practice in mailing lists, is
a pain or even not really possible :-(
- it is not possible to set a line length of e.g. 72 caracters :-(
I tried to use mutt, a very powerfull mailer that I've been using on
Linux systems for years, in a text terminal on Mac OS, but VO support
isn't that good in the text environment, taht I can work with mutt
without problems.
So I wonder, if you know any other possebility to have a real good
mailer on Mac OS?
