ho letto anch'io a proposito nell'articolo di apertura
di Patrizio Tassone di una recente edizione della recente testata
Linux & C. che mi è capitato sottomano.
Però non mi è chiaro ancora cosa realmente abbia fatto ad oggi SCO a
livello legale nei confronti di Linus o di chicchessia, e non so se lui
stesso ha commentato la questione su qualsivoglia lista pubblica.
Allora digito "SCO Linux" su Google, è la prima linea che ora viene
fuori punta a questo articolo, che è veramente recente :

Però sembra che l'intento di SCO sia di agire contro gli attuali
distributori di distribuzioni Linux disponibili anche a pagamento.

Salvo chiacchiere dei giornalisti e dei consulenti, direi che ognuno
potrà sviluppare un suo pensiero in merito alla vicenda non prima di una
effettiva azione legale di SCO (c'è già stata ? Non lo so...) e di una
eventuale risposta della parte evetualmente avversa.
