gli stati US che non si sono accordati con MS hanno richiesto alla MS
di mostrare i sorgenti di windows

Se la loro richiesta verrà accettata il progetto WINE decollerà e sarà
definitivamente possibile utilizzare tutte le apps 95/98 su piattaforma
