prova a mettere il file allegato (lascialo compresso) in
/usr/share/keymaps/i386/qwerty/
e poi lancia "loadkeys it4"

non è contemplata l'ipotesi che apt-get non funzioni :)
il pacchetto da installare è cupsys (mi pare).
