I don't want to take library versions out of sync with Gollum HEAD. If we get
the slow down issue again i'll investigate it properly, I don't like leaving
unresolved issues.

I've synced Luajit Wiki up with the Gollum HEAD and performed a full gem
upgrade, so we'll see if that helps.

New features:
        * Web sequence diagrams (see sandbox)
        * File view
        * New TOC (looks exactly like old TOC, but should fix Firefox issues)
        * Auto commit text for web edits (disabled live preview until its more
stable)
        * Little drawing pin icons next to headings (looks like so you can link
to anchors within the page)

Bugs:
        * File view - Seems to render two sets of HTML headers - bug report
submitted
