Hi LPTV Loopers,
For a market modification filing the Commission requires a professional
engineering firm to create a Longley-Rice map for my full power station. I
never got my P.E. and stopped at Engineer in Training (E.I.T.). Does anyone
have a recommendation for a professional engineering firm that can create a
Longley-Rice map for me (and hopefully for it not to be too expensive)? I
think a lot of us LPTVers may use firms that aren't considered professionals.
Or, maybe I'm not understanding what qualifies as a professional firm. I know
that a long time ago I would sign applications that I filed as consulting
engineer, but then the local consulting firm in my area wrote me to stop doing
that and that only PEs could use that term. So, from then on, I just sign
things as "Engineer".
