You can do it a few different ways.
1.) Download the older version of the zip file and copy the full zip file
into the directory of the Masterplay install.
2). Install a fresh copy in a different folder using the exe downloadable
file and then drag the zip file you want into the folder. After it
updates, drag your mplay.ini file over (replacing it) and your mplay.liz
file over and that should work.
