When stations use to do studios, we used the Audio Technica ATR-35. Looks
like it has been replaced by the ATR3350xiS. $40 on Amazon. The 35 was good
quality. Not a Sony but it got the job done. Make sure to order extra
batteries. Does not say the cord length but we usually added a 10’ extension
cable and that fed a snake.
