VLC works fine. I think I misspoke. Https is working (I tried with
another https link) I think it's actually more the new stream structure
from the m3u8 filelist from the HLS link. Masterplay doesn't know how to
decode it. There are 4 Closed caption streams along with video and audio.
The old one only had a video and audio stream. I don't know how to use the
param box for the stream input in masterplay. No documentation. Maybe if
I could manually tell Masterplay what stream the video is on it would open
up.

You can open that stream in a VLC Media Player, but when you put the
address in a web browser it will only open the audio and after a minute the
entire browser chokes down.
