Yes I've read and helped with forms before, not remembering exactly, for how
many hours of e/i s and I think the requirement for mandatory cc's, the station
has to at least made profit, and that was 3Mil; is what i remember too.

That'swhat I'm saying -- our programming does NOT have any captions in it, so
theLPTV carrier has nothing to pass.

I would think the FCC noticewould not apply to you unless you make over $3
million in revenue?

Hi all:
When Right Now Tv first went on air, we supplied our affiliates the"industry
standard" Amino box. Pretty quickly, though, we startedgetting so many
complaints from station owners about the Aminos locking up,going black, or
failing to restart after a power outage. Plus with ouraffiliates spread all
over the country, we had no way to know if an Amino boxwas up or down unless a
station owner called.
We needed a new solutionand we needed it fast.
So we ditched the idea ofoff-the-shelf decoders and decided to design our
own........ We call it ourOrca Player.
The Orca Player has allowedus to overcome all the troubles of the Amino boxes
and then some. I refer to itas a "terminator" playback decoder, because if it
has power, itrelentlessly tries to restart the playback of our stream after a
power outage, internet interruption, or stream freeze -- no technician required!
It will notquit (just like the Terminator)!
With the Aminos, if adecoder locked up, oftentimes a technician would have to
drive out to thestation to reset it...which, understandably, gets old real
fast. With the Orca, the device just restarts itself.
Orcas also "callhome" every five minutes to our home office here in Atlanta to
reportwhether it's up or down.
And if it ever does needmaintenance, we can log on to it remotely from Atlanta
and do whatever'sneeded.
Here's a picture of one:

So....you want one? All youhave to do is become a Right Now Tv affiliate on
barter and we'll send you onefree! Plug it in and away it goes! Give us a try!
If you have vacant channelspace, Right Now Tv is a great way to monetize what
you're not currentlyleasing!
I'd love to hear everyone'sfeedback and answer any questions about the Orca or
Right Now Tv.
Thanks so much!
