I assume since you are doing IP it takes IP in and out. Does the IP out have
AC3 audio so that it can be muxed with other streams, have the proper ATSC PSIP
Added and sent to the transmitter without having to be re-encoded?

It does have an EAS crawl but does not switch audio. Does have a DTMF decoder
and can also send tones. SCTE35 is working but needs some fine tuning, so it’s
not 100% ready, but it will be ready soon.

Our EAS crawl comes out of our Trilithic and encoder. We have two copies of Air
Server on a computer which feeds into our encoder/mux via IP. Four other
programming sources come into our encoder via IP. So. We need EAS to be
processed in our encoder for all channels.
