It does have an EAS crawl but does not switch audio. Does have a DTMF decoder
and can also send tones. SCTE35 is working but needs some fine tuning, so it’s
not 100% ready, but it will be ready soon.

So it does not do an EAS crawl and audio switch within the automation. Does it
have built in DTMF tone decoder and can it handle SCTE-35 cue from networks?

Our EAS crawl comes out of our Trilithic and encoder. We have two copies of Air
Server on a computer which feeds into our encoder/mux via IP. Four other
programming sources come into our encoder via IP. So. We need EAS to be
processed in our encoder for all channels.

I just had to share this as we love this product.
If you are looking for a reliable and stable, cost effective solution for your
automated playlist, we cannot say enough about Air Server. At NAB in 2015, we
thoroughly compared all the automation systems and were most impressed by Deyan
Automation. We have used it for 5 years at multiple stations and have not had
any challenges. It has more features than most of the considerably more
expensive automation systems.
It runs on your own computer and outputs in all the formats we use. It handles
tones. The light version is available through B&H which will suit most LPTV
stations for $2,000. Support has been prompt and thorough. It just seems no one
knows about them. It’s worth a look.
