In the C-Band reimbursement portal, the reimbursement specialists are
specifically asking for a picture of our LNB, not just a picture of the dish.
Why do they need to see a picture of the LNB if I have already certified that
the C-Band dish is real and at the location I specified in the claim?
They keep saying “multi-feed” so maybe they want to see multiple LNBs? Or they
want to verify a C-Band LNB?
