Hi Orson,
They have a tool to look at satellite dishes satellite images and street view
images. If your dish is not visible via their tool, then they ask for a
picture. If you have subsequently decommissioned the dish after the date of
submitting your reimbursement request (which would be last Fall), then they
will ask you to sign a letter attesting to the type of dish feed you had.
Yes, they want to see two C band LNBs in order to pay you the multi-feed
amount. Otherwise, you get paid less if it is just has one C band LNB.
Perhaps their special spy software has detected via image that you just have
one C band LNB. Their spy tool worked for my dish at my studio.
Blessings,
Keith

Subject: [lptv] C-Band Reimbursement
In the C-Band reimbursement portal, the reimbursement specialists are
specifically asking for a picture of our LNB, not just a picture of the dish.
Why do they need to see a picture of the LNB if I have already certified that
the C-Band dish is real and at the location I specified in the claim?
They keep saying “multi-feed” so maybe they want to see multiple LNBs? Or they
want to verify a C-Band LNB?
