Notes taken and reported by Tom Belsan Secretary

Kate attended District 1 meeting and got membership and information sheets.
We will have them at the General meeting and hope to have them in the Club
House so people can get them anytime. Also, the LPGMA section of the Thesman
Life Style has the Internet location of a form and payment using Paypal.

Kate also got more copies of the Safety and Security documents for the
General Meeting. More copies of the Concerns forms will also be available at
the General Meeting. The list of LPGMA accomplishments will also be
available.

The batting cage is back where the Model homes will be if Thesman goes ahead
with the Apache Junction location.

Edythe suggested that it is time for another defibulator training session.
There was also a DVD which it might be good to play a one of our meetings.
It was also suggested that the current CPR training might include
defibulator training.

The Town Hall Meeting was poorly attended and some of the problems with
attendance might have been confusion about what the meeting was and that is
was our Monthly meeting.

Meeting with Rose: and Karin

No Burn days are posted on the Facebook page.

Mass email would be a better way for announcing a Management Information
Meeting. The recreation department is developing an email list for
announcing their events.

Rent has to do with when the home was built and when is was sold and the
fare market value.
Minutes for the Town Hall Meeting will be available several ways so people
who did not attend can find out what happened.

Rose agreed that CPR and defibulator training was a good idea.

Edythe asked Rose if it would be possible to distribute the poker table over
all the cards rooms so that other games are not so crowded in one room.

The mobile audio visual system was again discussed and Karin was going to
look into the issues the first time it was discussed.

The remotes for the TV's need to be checked out on Friday and people
sometimes miss checking it out. Would it be possible to have remotes
available to be checked out from the people working the weekend coverage?

Edythe reported that she has observed a number of cars coming in the gate
with clickers and the individuals are very young
