You're right, I RARELY use the right-mouse-button-key.

Well, the point is that the key doesn't do much of anything... tho they
do have some good shortcuts that the author overlooks such as
"Windows+E", "Windows+M", etc.
The part that's a mistake was not putting the key on there earlier and
keeping the control keys for use in terminal/telnet/ssh settings
—something OS X inherited gracefully from the Mac's past.
Also, personally I think it's easier to hit command+c rather than
control+c because I can use my thumb for the command key, whereas the
pinky has to do the control key... considering I use the command key
shortcuts much more than any control key combos, it think this is the
better choice.
I especially like his point about the totally worthless "right mouse
button key" since windows computers always had 2 buttons and it's on the
right side of the keyboard... honestly how many people actually use that
key unless their mouse is temporarily broken?
