Diane -
David Wagner's field guide notes that the filaments of Nematocampa are
eversible; they are extended when the caterpillar is alarmed by infusion of
hemolymph (= insect blood). This is not the case with the other genus you
have below. You can also see the bump atop your specimen where that second
filament is.

Nematocampa resistaria - Horned Spanworm Moth two horns / filaments
Could not find baggettaria picture
The one I found in Gloster had one horn

It is sorta like
Curved Lined Owlet on Greenbier two horns and a proper head
