Saturday was such a pretty day, I decided to run down to Avery Island and see
if the Oak HS were flying. They were, but little else. Except for one Red Adm,
everything was at the flowers that were blooming on the ligustrum trees along
the bayou.

very fresh)1 Gray HS1 Snout1 Question Mark2 Red Adms1 Delaware Sk (a female)
I then drove to Rip's Rookery at Rip Van Winkle Gardens, but little was flying
and the biting gnats were bothersome. There are probably 20+ Roseate
Spoonbills, very pink in their current coloration, nesting there.
3 Least Sks
I also had a small, but very fresh male White M HS in Lafa. at the location
were I typically find them each year.
