After the storms of last week, with blue skies and mild temps yesterday I
decided to visit Bayou Teche NWR. There were not a lot of butterflies and I
suspect the low numbers were associated with the recent violent storms.

1 Cloudless Sul;
3 Grey HS;
3 Common Buckeyes;
13 Question Marks ( I believe those numbers are about to explode as I saw QM
caterpillars in large numbers on the road, along the road, and along the
trails);
2 Am Ladies;
1 Red-spotted Purple
1 Caro. Satyr;
2 Silver-spotted Sks;
3 Tropical Checkered-sks;
1 Little Glassywing (fresh);
2 Broad-winged Sks.
