[Louisiana Cemeteries] Questions concerning State Plan and HLS 183

To Whom It May Concern:
I understand that the comment period has since passed, however, I have a
question concerning HLS 183 and its involvement or lack of involvement in the
state plan. There is a study under HLS 183 concerning the Louisiana Historical
Resgister and cemeteries in Louisiana.
Does this plan include the conclusions due in April 2009 of HLS 183?
