The interviewee--editor of the Oaxacan Times--said something unintelligible about this action being the women's retaliation for having been tear-gassed. For what? What's been going on in Oaxaca? The NPR interviewer didn't seem to understand, either. Frustrating intimation of news. Anyone know about this particular example?
