It's not China. It's the PTB. All presidents are but tools of the
PTB.. Presidents do what they're told. For that matter Alan Greenspan was but

When Clinton signed that trade bill with China in 2000,
he maintained it would create a gazillion trillion US
jobs and propel US manufacturing past the asteroid belt
into a hyperuniverse of wonderfulness for all.
Makes me wonder what the Chinese had on Clinton. Maybe
a hi-def video of him having sex with a chimpanzee? It
couldn't have just been bags and bags of cash could it?
Not just a few dozen duffle bags of untraceable
hundreds? No wait ... Clinton ... it probably was just
cash.
Makes me wonder what they will have on Obama or McCain,
and whether they will need to use it. Maybe just more
duffle bags. Do they still make duffle bags?
