HI, Julie,
No...it's here.  Even here!  Even libraries in our area  yet--we're offering 
it next season, though we set it up quite a few years  ago. Most others have 
been offering it for some time (as has the Sierra Club and  others who go out 
and play in the Wild)
 
Garmin Industries (located in KC) makes them.  My boss and his son  & 
son-in-law were the first ones that I knew who went out and did this about  
three 
years ago (after which we contacted Garmin and their PR people were  thrilled 
to 
offer us some demos. The people we contacted via the Sierra Club  were happy 
to help us find some folks to teach the classes). 
 
It's like going on a treasure hunt.
