Ursula (via Wiki): Wollmaus

Andreas:

This is Staubwolken. That's how I learned it. Joerg? What's the name
for the small clouds of dust under the bed? In American, it's "dust
bunnies" (etwa "staub kaninchen")

Leo.org:

Wollmaus = dust bunny

Staubwolken = dust cloud, cloud of dust, cloud...

RP: Dust bunnies aren't clouds; they're little rolls or balls of dust-coated hair and fiber, or, if you like, little rolls or balls of dust and fiber. More tumbleweed-like than cloudlike.
