Eric, nobody said it was i.e. no one contended most were killed
directly by US or UK troops. The contention is, they would not
have died but for the War. (Equally, not all the 3125 confirmed
US dead were killed by Iraqi insurgents or previously, by
Saddam's forces. Yet
they would not have died the deaths they did but for the War.)
