But if they good job of hiding, or Eric does a bad job of seeking, the
game could still take infinite time.
There are only a finitely many human beings at a given time so there's
no reason in principle why a subgroup of them couldn't be identified
completely. There are there not uncountably many of them, so, putting
tags on them would be a finite task: as long as the tags aren't
continually changed.
