Nader is back on the ballot in Oregon. A judge ruled that the state attorney
general had applied criteria that were too strict when he ruled a number of the
Nader petitions invalid.
This may not mean much. A recent poll here showed Kerry with 53%, Bush with 43%,
and Nader with 2%.
