Oct 1/03- oct 31/03 = 31

Dec 1 - Dec 31 = 31
Jan 1/04 - Jan 31/04 = 31
Feb 1/04 - Feb 29/04 =29
Mar 1/04 - Mar 11/04 = 11
Total = 912
Maybe Al Qaeda forgot about the Leap year when they planned it.
