After all this, I STILL maintain that substance which is chemically
represented as H2O, is in fact what people 'know' colloquially, at
least in English as "Water". Of course they refer to it (i.e. water)
as ice (solid) and steam (gas) in its other phases, it still remains,
conceptually 'water'.
