Just wondering, what everyone is reading?
I'm reading Satanic Verses. It's fantastic. I love every page. I'm turning back to page one the second that I've read the last page and starting over. I had no idea it was so rich with humor and pathos and knowledge and zaniness. But then I love Pynchon, too.
I'm kind of still obsessing about peak oil and climate change with a little economy thrown in. Boring stuff for most people.
You and Lawrence. You're two of a kind, you know. : )
I keep saying I'm going to get a nice who dunit but it never seems to happen.
No, no, no. That stuff kills brain cells. Read Amy Bloom's collection of short stories: "A Blind Man Can See How Much I Love You." It's truly wonderful writing and you'll be in pig heaven picking apart all the psychological twistings and turnings in her stories."

Just wondering, what everyone is reading? I'm kind of still obsessing about peak oil and climate change with a little economy thrown in. Boring stuff for most people. I have no patience with novels except the one I'm currently reading based in a post oil future. I keep saying I'm going to get a nice who dunit but it never seems to happen. So, Eric, Mike, Robert Paul, Bill Dolphin, everyone else. What are you reading, if anything? Care to share? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
