Will the American politicians of 2028 face hardships if they didn't volunteer to defend their country after it was attacked on 9/11? Hugh Hewitt has written an article with the premise that the young men of today who do not serve in the military will face significant obstacles in any future political career.

Is this some sort of slam on Bush's character? None of the neocons have been in the military. Lawrence has no problems in supporting people who were AWOL or used all sorts of ways to get out of service.
