To anticipate the obvious criticism (by Geary) that we see with our eyes, I
claim that's not informative, but tautological.

The eye is the organ of vision -- it's not like we see with our eyes; it's
more (Grice, "Some remarks about the senses", in R. J. Butler, Analytic
Philosophy, Oxford: Blackwell) that we def*cate with our arseh*les, and we
taste with our tongues. "Parts of the body are thus named after the function
they perform".
