IN THE EYES OF THE BEHOLDER I have two cats. They live both in and out. Tribulation, a male, who's calm and laid back and solid white and beautiful with Paul Newman eyes, but who acts more like Diogenes of Sinope especially when he looks at me like he's going to spit in my face, corrupted little creature that I am. The other, Trouble, a female, skittish and twice at least as intelligent as her beautiful blue eyed brother looks at me with her head cocked to the side, dog like, her eyes wide with puzzlement and wonder. She thinks me a genius, so facile am I at opening a door. Mike Geary Memphis
