Rolf Harris, who once had one of the greatest pub-sing-along hits of all
time, and who entertained on television those people of my generation who
wished to see instant paintings, made with eight inch brushes--life is long,
but art on t.v. is short--has signed up to do a portrait of the queen.
"Brill" is about the only word "one" can think of.
