Of course, it's "possibilities" and "attributable" -- you think I didn't know that? I knew that. My keyboard didn't. Stupid ass keyboard. I'm key-bored any way, in every way. God, will it never end?????????

PS:
This reminds me about when i signed off one of my posts to lit-ideas a
few years back

"contemplating suicide" and got all kinds of worried private emails
when in fact, i was contemplating "suicide", not deciding whether to
commit it.

Hmmm. A couple of possiblities here. (1) Perhaps there actually were/are some caring souls who subscribe(d) to Lit-Id. (2) The fact that you might be thinking about killing yourself made a lot of sense to some people. Now this presumption could well be attributible to their own suicidal tendencies (misery loves company) or they, in their sympathetic empathy, understood immediately why you in particular might feel the need to clock out early. But think of the overtime you'll lose! Because I'm a nice guy, I'm going with the first highly improbable possibility.

2) Wittgenstein (who lost several siblings to suicide) said, afair, that he
thought about suicide everyday. If so, what was he getting at? That he
contemplated it as a course of action or as a central moral problem?
