Sure, scoff away, but it ain't easy being the Vicar of Christ and burdened
with infallibility.  He carries a heavy load.  There's all those horny
priests preying on altar boys.  The seminary never taught them what to do
with their erections.  Praying doesn't seem to work.  So give the Vicar some
slack.  It'll take some time to weed out 75% of the priests.  Even Christ
would throw his hands in the air over this mess.
