I know little about the language, except that it is related to
Serbo-Croatian. Do you use Cyrillic, Glagolitic, or Latin alphabet? What
makes Montenegrin unwieldy in prose?
As far as I understand Quine's paper, he argues that "analyticity" is
linked to meaning, hence in synonymy, "bachelor" might refer to the word
AS a word, making it distinct from "unmarried man."
