How does that relate to the question of corruption? If the oil voucher 
corruption tale is indeed true, what does it matter whether the 
corporation involves Haliburton or Total Petrofina? What does it matter 
whether one corrupt leader's country is blisteringly unfair to its poor 
or the other corrupt leader's country attempts more social remediation?

If they are corrupt leaders, Saint Chirac and Demon Dubya both belong in 
the dustbin. How could it be otherwise? To cut Chirac slack would be to 
patronize the excellent French people (no irony intended). I'm sure they 
wouldn't want that.
