DR: "Midsummer Night's Dream" ... aging hippies

Imagine aging hippies doing "Timon of Athens." [Music by The Grateful Dead] In the cave, Timon, under the influence of powerful psychedelics, thinks he has found gold, which is not gold, but another aging hippie's buried stash of powerful psychedelics. Timon curses the Athenians and tries to die, but discovers death is a bummer, so opts out of it. He tries to live, but doesn't want to have anything to do with the oppressive system of Alcibiades.

[enter SAMUEL BECKETT wearing a rabbit costume]

and so on and so on

Wondering if drama is really inexhaustible,
Eric
