RP: What would be so wrong with being 'really a Methodist'?
Their history of constant woe, isolation, and secrecy looks to be as
practical a discouragement to real Methodism as possible.
"Real Methodism" refers to a worldwide secret society operating as a
Protestant movement. According to their finicky history, the
movement precisely dates itself to 1729, when their early student
adherents, some of them possibly autist, were derided for the
methodical way they performed their rites, ate their meals, and
slept in what amounted to large filing cabinets, alphabetized.
Six years later, from their underground base at the North Pole, real
Methodists--who were Jules Verne's original model for Captain
Nemo--learned to harness the energy of the earth's core, developed
computers, and created an impressive greenhouse technology. From
their underground world, real Methodists slowly doled out their
technological prowess to the rest of the human race, with what, to
many, would seem like bureaucratic indifference.
Real Methodists have operated many shell corporations and front
organizations, but the mother ship of them is the "Methodist Church
in the United Kingdom." The MCUK--casinos, churches, hospitals,
restaurants, racetracks, security services, private-contract
prisons--not only operates as a front corporation integrated into a
secretive worldwide Latin-only sales network, it also serves as a
money-laundering center for other real Methodist activities.
When the United Methodist Church joined with the Primitive
Methodist, Not-so Primitive Methodist, Postmodernist Methodist,
Fiftieth Wesleyan Church of the Round, Zapf Church, and the
Congregation of Anti-Anabaptist Councils of God, Wesley Mystery
League, and other Methodist churches in 1932, many real Methodists
fled the earth and colonized the moon. Leaving their android
replicas behind on earth to carry out the PR demands of the
organization, the real Methodists usually built their underground
palaces on the southern dark side of the moon, where they lounged
under halogen lighting and thought up ideas for network TV shows.
The United Breather Breathern have their bases on the northern edge
of the dark side, and there is frequent socializing and sharing of
services.
