It's like spending all day wearing a mask. Permanent Halloween, where Osama in drag, an escaped fugitive, Ferris Bueler, or a mad bomber can pose as a pious Muslim woman.

Tens of thousands of people in armored bomb-disposal suits carrying boxes on the streets of Chicago every single day ... what's wrong with that picture? If one were to dress as Zorro all the time, eventually someone would question the garb's appropriateness, the issue of public safety, and the wearer's sanity.
