Here is an abbreviated list of winners of the Runciman prize: David 
Constantine, Sir Hugh Lloyd-Jones, Antony Beevor, Richard Clogg, Roderick 
Beaton, Sir John Boardman, Oliver Rackham and Jennifer Moody, Nigel Spivey, 
George Cawkwell, Christopher Stray, Dr. Jenny March, Dr. Cyprian Broodbank, Sir 
John Boardman, Roderick Beaton, Robin Lane Fox, Imogen Grundon, Juliet du 
Boulay, Molly Green, Emily Greenwood, Peter Thornemann, Simon Goldhill.

The prize is awarded to a book in English dealing wholly or in part with Greece 
or Hellenism.  The book must be available for sale in the U.K. The prize money 
is awarded by the National Bank of Greece, which has been going through tough 
times.  

No Zhang, no Nwosu, no Garcia.  A few Greeks (not listed), one Lloyd-Jones.
