People's politics can be hard to imagine. Take Eugene Snyder, for example. Attended Reed, graduated in 1941, served in the navy. Studied French in Quebec, worked for Business Week, masters from U.C. Berkeley, masters at Oxford, taught at U.B.C., Linfield, Portland State. Published on art appreciation and local history, "utilized his economics background as an amateur investor."

Given this information, comment on what you imagine to be the politics of three of the following:

Terry Ann (Cheney) Clifford, homemaker.
Daniel D. DeRego, manager of Canby Swimming Pool.
Laurel "John" Albert Worf, steel fabrication manager.
Delbert "Stids" Stidams, Jr. worked for Harris Group.
Diane Marie Ponder, daughter of Merlin and Mary Ragsdill, mother of Merry Graham.
Woodrow L. Blassingame, father of Woodrow S.
Oscar F. de Jesus, credit investigator for Philippine National Bank.
Maeliza "Mary" Elizabeth Shaw, homemaker.

Points will be deducted for protest and Protestants, because that's how it goes; Catholics may negotiate. Humanists, Jews, Jewish Humanists, Moslems, Mormons, Shut-door Millerites, M'Bochi, Micmacs, Mahayana Buddists, usw will be graded on a different scale. If you have no imagination, that is not your professor's fault.
