In exchange for which, al Qaeda is stronger than ever. Imagine putting $1.5 billion a week into terrorism prevention instead of this "war on terror". It boggles the mind to think of it. The weirdest part is that the Israelis admired the American approach so much, they wanted one just like it of their own.
