Check the military news. Or Popular Mechanics. The US Navy recently
announced that they had added "railgun" weapons to the fleet. Those
unimaginably fast, long-range projectiles put all of North Korea under
military threat of first-strike decapitation...from ships far out at sea.
That and a few face-saving billions for Kim Jong Il...what more was needed?
